I've only ever been to Paris during the Winter and it still manages to impress with its beauty, still not on par with London when it comes to major cities, but still my break was ineffable!

Paris - Photo Journal - February 2014
So earlier this week I had the luxury of going to France for a few days with my comely friend Anita. We were Paris bound on Monday and came back on Wednesday and it would seem that in this short time not a lot can be done, but anyone that knows me will know that I go into full tourist mode and boy were we knackered.
We stayed in Pantin, just North of the centre of Paris and throughout the visit we managed to squeeze in a trip up the Eiffel Tower (top platform, a must every time you're in the city), a stroll along the Champs-Élysées before adventuring inside the Arc de Triomphe up the never-ending spiral staircases and souvenir shopping. This was all in addition to seeing 30 Seconds to Mars on the Tuesday evening, more about that another time.
I've only ever been to Paris during the Winter and it still manages to impress with its beauty, still not on par with London when it comes to major cities, but still my break was ineffable!
