As you may have seen before on the blog I am a fan of the method of screen printing, not that I have managed to do enough of it myself. There are a few artists or websites that I think should get more recognition for their work and seeing as I am starting to collect a few prints each month I'm going to show them on Love Thy Designer.
The first artist is one that I can regularly look to to find something to fill a space on the wall and I know it will be of brilliant quality. His name is Dan McCarthy and he is based in Massachusetts, America. Sadly I'm not a huge fan of the work he has been doing this year as it's a little too dark for my taste and walls, but his back catalogue has some gorgeous landscape prints that include his signature (to me it's his signature) tree silhouette style.
Below are some examples from his website and one of the few I have, he's one to keep checking back on as he more often than not does a print or two each month.
